Behavioural Aide
Provides essential one-on-one support to help children navigate daily activities and achieve their developmental goals. Their key responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, offering individualized educational support, teaching social skills, and ensuring the child’s safety and emotional well-being. They work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to adapt strategies based on the child's needs and progress. Essential skills for this role include patience, empathy, effective communication, behavioral management, flexibility, and strong organizational abilities which all our caregivers have.
Respite Aide
Offers essential temporary relief to families of children with special needs by providing attentive and compassionate care. They assist with daily activities, manage behavioral challenges, and support educational and social development in a nurturing environment. By following individualized care plans and maintaining open communication with families and other professionals, respite workers ensure that children receive high-quality support while giving caregivers a much-needed break to recharge and maintain their well-being.

Does the job of respite aide and more by providing extended relief for parents and guardians taking care of children with different abilities.
Out-of-home Services
Community Aide
Supports individuals and families within a community by providing assistance with daily living activities, navigating resources, and accessing services. They work to enhance the well-being and integration of special needs children with community members, often collaborating with social service organizations and other support networks.
Daycare Aide
Supports the individualized care and development of each child by assisting with daily activities, implementing specialized care plans, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment at the daycare. They work closely with therapists and families to address the unique needs of each child, ensuring their well-being and promoting their social and emotional growth.
Out-of-home Respite
We provide programs that allow children to participate in group activities, excursions, and social interactions, fostering friendships and independence while giving families much-needed respite. Our programs are designed to engage children in enriching activities, including arts and crafts, physical activities, and social skills development. These programs provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
